Over the past 20 years, gold has delivered an impressive return of about 1,200%. Back in 2005, gold was priced around ₹7,638 per 10 grams. Today, it has crossed ₹1 lakh. How Much Are Gold and Silver Today?

On July 10, gold and silver prices slipped. Around 10 AM on MCX, gold was trading at approximately ₹96,547 per 10 grams, while silver hovered around ₹1,07,609 per kilogram. According to the Indian Bullion Association (IBA), 24-carat gold stood at ₹96,920 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold was priced at ₹88,843 per 10 grams. Fine-quality silver (999) was quoted at ₹1,07,700 per kilogram.
