HP govt pushes to automate Public Service Guarantee Act as compliance lags after 15 years

The Himachal Pradesh government plans to automate all departmental service portals by August to fix the lagging implementation of the 2011 Public Service Guarantee Act. The upgrade will automatically register complaints if services are not delivered within the stipulated time, addressing long-standing delays across various state departments.
