Himachal High Court Pulls Up Centre Over Crumbling 138-Year-Old Viceregal Lodge

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has expressed serious concern over the deteriorating condition of the historic Viceregal Lodge in Shimla, which houses the Indian Institute of Advanced Study. Terming it a failure of the Union Ministry of Education, the court has demanded a detailed response from the Central government.
