Paper Leak Cases to be Heard in Fast-Track Courts; Congress Violating Democratic Norms, Says Rajiv Bindal

Himachal Pradesh BJP Chief Dr. Rajiv Bindal announced that paper leak cases will now be heard in fast-track courts for speedy justice. He also slated the Congress for staging street protests instead of engaging in parliamentary debate on the issue.
