Chandigarh News: A low-intensity blast outside the Punjab BJP office in Sector 37 has triggered a high-level security alert in Chandigarh. CCTV footage shows suspects on a motorcycle, while Khalistani supporter Sukhjinder Singh Babbar has claimed responsibility.
