Himachal HC Rejects Husband’s DNA Test Plea to Prove Wife’s Alleged Infidelity, Says Child’s Dignity Cannot Be Risked

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has dismissed a petition seeking a DNA test in a matrimonial dispute, ruling that a child’s identity and dignity cannot be jeopardized merely to establish allegations of infidelity. The court stated that the husband could present other evidence to prove the alleged illicit relations.
