New tunnels on Mandi-Kullu route pass trial, traffic likely in 4 days
People travelling from Mandi to Kullu will get major relief as new tunnels between Dayod and Hanogi under the Kiratpur-Manali four-lane project successfully completed trials. The journey time is expected to drop from nearly one hour 50 minutes to about one hour once traffic begins after safety checks.
