Plea in Supreme Court Alleges Unilateral Decisions by CEC Gyanesh Kumar

The Supreme Court has received a petition alleging that Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar took decisions in the name of the Election Commission without the approval of the other two Election Commissioners. The plea also challenges actions linked to electoral-roll revision.
