Himachal Pradesh: Drone Postal Service Launched in Mandi to Connect Remote Hill Areas
The Department of Posts has launched a pilot drone delivery service in Himachal Pradesh's Mandi district, reducing transit times for mail, medicines, and parcels from a full day to just 6 to 7 minutes. The eco-friendly initiative targets 10 remote locations in the region.
