Kolkata Police DC Shantanu Sinha Biswas arrested by ED in fraud case
In a major move, the Enforcement Directorate on Thursday arrested Kolkata Police Deputy Commissioner Shantanu Sinha Biswas. The senior officer is accused of links to a land-grabbing and extortion network involving criminal Sona Pappu.
