SC Refuses to Stay Animated Film ‘Mahaprabhu Jagannath’, Says Art and Creativity Must Not Be Stifled

The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected the Odisha government's plea seeking a stay on the release of the animated film 'Mahaprabhu Jagannath'. A bench comprising Justice B.V. Nagarathna and Justice R. Mahadevan refused to alter its earlier order permitting the release.
